
Chef Coat
A good use of the chef coat is for going inside the walk in freezer or walk in refrigerator. The thickness of coat needed is in direct relation to the type of cold area that the restaurant has. Some restaurants require a lot of trips to the walk in refrigerator and other restaruants require trips to the walk in freezer. Is your job the one of cleaning out the walk in freezer? In that case, you will want a really soft and warm chef coat.
You can simply put a thin chef coat, on a hook, by the walk in refrigerator, and a thicker chef coat, on a hook, by the walk in freezer.
